NexLens is operated by NEXARRA IT SOLUTION, a business registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use NexLens at https://nexlens.getnexarra.com. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its implementing rules and regulations.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data - your name, email address, and company name, collected when you sign up.
• Contract files - the PDF and DOCX documents you upload for analysis.
• Playbook content - the legal standards and rules you define for evaluating contracts.
• Analysis results - the AI-generated reports created from your contracts and stored in your account.
• Usage data - basic operational records such as login timestamps and feature usage. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide our contract analysis services to you.
• To send transactional emails such as welcome messages and report-ready notifications.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your contract content to train AI models.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Contract analysis is performed by Claude, a large language model provided by Anthropic, Inc. When you request an analysis, the relevant uploaded content and your playbook are sent to Anthropic's API solely to generate your report. For the purposes of the DPA, NexLens (NEXARRA IT SOLUTION) acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC), and Anthropic acts as a third-party processor that handles your content only to return analysis results.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo) region.
• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Row Level Security ensures that you can only ever access your own data - no other user can see your contracts, playbooks, or reports.
• Contract files are kept in private Supabase Storage buckets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and we will remove it within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations that require retention.

7. Your Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have:
