NexLens is operated by NEXARRA IT SOLUTION, a business registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use NexLens at https://nexlens.getnexarra.com. NexLens is designed to support responsible handling under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its implementing rules and regulations.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data - your name, email address, and company name, collected when you sign up.
• Contract files - the PDF and DOCX documents you upload for analysis.
• Playbook content - the legal standards and rules you define for evaluating contracts.
• Analysis results - the AI-generated reports created from your contracts and stored in your account.
• Usage data - basic operational records such as login timestamps and feature usage. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide our contract analysis services to you.
• To send transactional emails such as welcome messages and report-ready notifications.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your contract content to train AI models.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Contract analysis is performed by a specialized third-party AI processing provider. When you request an analysis, the relevant uploaded content and selected playbooks are sent to that provider solely to generate your report.

For the purposes of the DPA, NexLens (NEXARRA IT SOLUTION) acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC). Specialized cloud, storage, and AI service providers process limited data on our behalf to operate NexLens.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored using managed database and private object storage services.
• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Row Level Security ensures that you can only ever access your own data - no other user can see your contracts, playbooks, or reports.
• Contract files are kept in private Supabase Storage buckets.

6. Data Retention

Contracts, reports, and playbooks remain available until you delete them. Deleting a report also removes its associated stored contract file. You may request full account deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations that require limited retention.

7. Your Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have:

• The right to correct inaccurate data.
• The right to erasure or deletion of your data.
• The right to data portability.
