NexLens is an AI-powered contract intelligence platform that analyzes contracts against playbooks you define. The results it produces are informational only and do not constitute legal advice.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per user.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may only upload contracts you have the right to analyze.
• Do not upload documents containing illegal content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system.
• Do not share your account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

• The NexLens platform and user interface are owned by NEXARRA IT SOLUTION.
• Your uploaded contracts and playbooks remain your property.
• AI-generated reports are provided to you for your own use.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

• Subscription plans are billed monthly.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. Limitation of Liability

• NexLens is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NexLens are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
