Purpose of processing

NexLens processes this data to authenticate your account, store your review standards, analyze contracts when requested, maintain report history, enforce plan limits, and provide transactional support.

NexLens does not sell customer contract content or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Contracts, reports, and playbooks remain available until you delete them. Deleting a report also removes its associated stored contract file. Deleting a playbook removes its associated private sources.

For full account deletion or a privacy-rights request, contact support@getnexarra.com. Some limited records may be retained when required by law or necessary for security and dispute handling.
