Report summary

The report presents an overall risk score and a prioritized set of findings. Use the score as a navigation aid, not as a legal conclusion.

Anatomy of an issue

Missing and approved clauses

Missing-clause findings identify protections required by the playbook but not found in the contract. Approved clauses show provisions that align with the selected standard.

Annotated document

Paid plans can include an annotated PDF that places findings beside the source document. Always compare annotations with the original language before accepting a recommendation.

Ask about this contract

Each report includes an assistant that answers questions about that specific contract, grounded only in the contract text and the completed report. Use it to locate a clause, clarify a finding, or compare a recommendation against the source.

The assistant declines questions outside the document and does not give general legal advice. A monthly message allowance applies based on your plan, and the upload of new contracts is unaffected by it.

A report can be switched between English and Tagalog. The first switch translates the explanatory text (the summary, each issue’s explanation and recommendation, and the missing and approved clause lists) and caches it so later views are instant.

Quoted contract language, severity labels, and rule attribution stay in their original English so the evidence remains exact. The annotated PDF download also stays in English.

Delete a report

Deleting a report permanently removes the report, its contract record, and the associated stored contract file. This action cannot be undone.
